Delivery & Returns
Delivery times for postage of your order, will depend upon your destination, availability of the product and whether you have ordered bulk items weighing in excess of 25kg. If your item is in stock, as indicated by the website, we will dispatch the product by the next working day for all orders received before 3pm.
Due to our large stock holding its now easier to have your goods on the following day, please note that weekend orders are usually dispatched on Mondays.
We can sometimes arrange special delivery or Saturday delivery by phone request but this will usually result in an extra fee to cover the additional courier costs, these can be expensive or dispatch charges involved in fast tracking the order.
Please also note that we cannot arrange an absolute guarantee delivery date for an order as the delivery itself is performed by a third party parcel or courier service and, although it is very rare, failures do sometime occur due to ms-routing of a parcel.

The estimated delivery time is the time taken to pack, dispatch and deliver your order to your door.
We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum. Please Note these delivery times are an estimate.
After placing your order, we will send you an confirmation e-mail and in the order summary you will find delivery times.
We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offers the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame. Because we have such a diverse product range we use different shipping methods depending on the item being sent. We use one of the largest distribution companies in the UK:

Delivery prices outlined are relevant for total weight of up to 20 kilos. We will call you to advise delivery costs if your order exceeds this.
UK Main Land Delivery -Starts at £1.95,
Up to £9.95., Excludes UK Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas.
We aim to pick and dispatch your order by the next working day when possible for stock items. Excludes UK Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas.
If your order is between 1 kilo - 5 kilos your delivery cost will be set to £n/a
If your order is between 5 kilos - 20 kilos your delivery cost will be set to £n/a

At Easy Garden Watering, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free, convenient service. If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Easy Watering then you may return any products back to us within 30 days of purchase providing that the goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging.These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
If you wish to return an item please email us at email@example.com stating your order number, date of order, items to return and reason. We will then issue you with an RMA number. Please state this number on all correspondence.
Once the items have been received back it will be checked and we will then issue a credit for the item to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We are not liable for postal cost in returning an item to us.
